Create an Account
Launch oTakhi client software and click on
"ENROLL NOW"
button to start the registration process. The registration page is encrypted. Click OK to close security notification dialog, if any, to proceed.
Submit registration form and wait for the
approval email
. The approval process usually take one business day or less. (Selecting
"High Grade"
signature key is recommended).
Once
email
arrives, proceed to the next step to log in.
Login
The approval email contains your login information. Launch oTakhi client. In the login screen, type in your
user id
and
password
.
On your first login, a popup dialog will ask you to download your
digital certificate
. Follow the instructions that appear to install your certificate. After the installation is complete, click
"Done"
to dismiss the dialog.
Click the
"Sign on"
button to continue. Click
"remember password"
, if you wish oTakhi client to memorize your password. On your next login, the password field is automatically populated when you type in the correct user id.
Once you've logged in, you are presented with your
personal vault
to the left and the
oTakhi home page
to the right. The oTakhi home page hosts the global repository of shared objects and web applications.
Launch Condenser
Open the application library either from the
Tools
menu or by clicking on the
"Open My App Library"
icon in the tray.
Click on the red pin button to keep the app library open.
oTakhi Condenser
is one of the default applications pre-installed in the library. Click on its icon to launch it.
Import Tutorials
By now, you have two tabs open. Navigate to the tab of the oTakhi home page. Select a tutorial and drag-n-drop its icon into your personal vault.
Navigate back to oTakhi Condenser. Drag-n-drop the icon from your personal vault into the empty space in the Condenser. Once the droplet or formation is imported, click on the
Play
button to see how it works.
If the tutorial doesn't work as expected, make sure you have installed the latest driver for your video card as oTakhi uses features from the latest
OpenGL
specification.
